What areas of health and wellness does Tracy specialize in?

Tracy provides holistic and functional wellness coaching for women who want to better understand what may be contributing to the way they feel and create a personalized path forward. Her areas of focus include gut health, metabolic wellness and weight-loss resistance, fasting, energy and brain fog, inflammation and autoimmune support, detoxification, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle strategies. Her approach is rooted in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all solution—your history, symptoms, goals, lifestyle, and available testing all help shape your individual plan.

Do I need a referral to work with Tracy?

No. You do not need a physician referral to schedule a consultation with Tracy. You can begin by booking a Root Cause Consultation to discuss what you’ve been experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what type of support may make sense for you. If something comes up that requires medical diagnosis, treatment, or physician oversight, Tracy will encourage you to work with the appropriate licensed healthcare professional.

Do you accept health insurance?

Tracy’s coaching services are private-pay and are not billed through health insurance. Working outside of the traditional insurance model allows Tracy to take a broader, personalized look at your wellness history and, when appropriate, incorporate expanded lab testing and education without being limited by what an insurance plan will authorize.

What is Tracy’s approach to wellness?

Tracy believes healing should be personalized. Instead of chasing one symptom or following the latest wellness trend, she looks at the bigger picture—your history, nutrition, gut health, metabolism, lifestyle, stress, fasting tolerance, available labs, and how your body is responding over time. Her philosophy is simple: “one size fits one.” The goal is to help you understand your body, identify areas worth exploring, and build sustainable strategies that fit your real life.

Can Tracy work alongside my doctor or current healthcare team?

Yes. Tracy’s work is designed to complement—not replace—medical care. She does not diagnose disease, prescribe medication, or replace your physician. Instead, she helps you better understand your wellness picture, explore nutrition and lifestyle strategies, review available wellness data, and prepare questions so you can advocate for yourself with your medical providers when additional care is needed.

What should I expect during my first consultation?

Your first consultation is a chance to tell your story. We’ll talk about your current concerns, health and lifestyle history, what you’ve already tried, your goals, and where you feel stuck. From there, Tracy can help you identify an appropriate next step and determine whether one of her coaching programs, wellness resources, or additional testing options may be a good fit.

HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Health & Medical Disclaimer
Effective Date: August 22, 2026

To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.
Your Paragraph text goes Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Autem dolore, alias, numquam enim ab voluptate id quam harum ducimus cupiditate similique quisquam et deserunt, recusandae here.

The information provided by Mosaic Wellness Hub and Tracy the Hope Dealer, including information provided by Tracy Robert through this website, courses, coaching programs, consultations, podcasts, social media, emails, downloadable resources, community programs, videos, and other educational materials, is provided for general educational and wellness purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

Tracy Robert is not acting as your physician.

The information and coaching provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition and are not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified licensed healthcare professional.

Always consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding questions about your health, diagnosis, medications, medical treatment, or symptoms.

Do Not Delay Medical Care

Do not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of information you have read, watched, or received from Mosaic Wellness Hub or Tracy the Hope Dealer.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Medications and Medical Treatment

Do not stop, start, increase, decrease, or otherwise alter prescription medication or medical treatment based solely on information provided through our coaching or educational materials.

Medication decisions should be made with the prescribing healthcare professional.

Laboratory Testing

Tracy may provide wellness education regarding laboratory information and help clients understand questions they may wish to discuss with their healthcare providers.

This education does not constitute medical diagnosis or medical interpretation by a physician.

When findings require medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, clients should consult an appropriately licensed medical professional.

That language matches how Tracy herself describes her role: she says she can educate clients about their blood work and help them advocate for themselves with their physician when necessary.

Nutrition, Fasting and Dietary Strategies

Nutrition, fasting, ketogenic diets, elimination diets, supplementation, detoxification strategies, exercise, sauna use, and other wellness practices may not be appropriate for every person.

Individual needs vary.

Certain strategies may require modification or medical supervision, particularly for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, take medications, have diabetes or blood-sugar disorders, kidney or liver disease, cardiovascular conditions, or other medical concerns.

Consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before beginning a substantially restrictive diet, fasting program, supplement regimen, or major lifestyle change if you have medical concerns.

Supplements

Dietary supplements can interact with medications, affect laboratory values, cause adverse reactions, or be inappropriate for certain individuals.

Discuss supplements with an appropriate healthcare professional when needed, particularly if you take prescription medications, are pregnant or breastfeeding, anticipate surgery, or have an existing medical condition.

Individual Results

No specific outcome is guaranteed.

Testimonials, personal stories, weight changes, laboratory changes, improvements in energy, digestive changes, or other client experiences are individual results and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that another individual will experience the same outcome.

Educational Nature of Content

References to research, biological processes, detoxification, metabolism, hormones, inflammation, gut health, cellular health, or other wellness topics are intended for education and should not be interpreted as a personal medical diagnosis.

Health-related marketing claims also need adequate substantiation; the FTC specifically requires objective health claims to be truthful, non-misleading, and appropriately supported.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own healthcare decisions and for seeking appropriate medical evaluation when necessary.

Participation in coaching does not create a physician-patient relationship.
